GK Signature Services is committed to providing professional, accurate, confidential, and impartial notarial and document facilitation services in accordance with Texas law.

Every appointment is conducted with integrity, respect, and attention to detail.

Appointment Policy

Appointments are required for all services.

While every effort is made to accommodate same-day and urgent requests, appointment availability cannot be guaranteed.

Please arrive on time and have all required documents and identification ready before your appointment begins.

Identification Requirements

All signers must present valid, government-issued photo identification that satisfies Texas notary requirements.

Examples include:

• Texas Driver License

• State Identification Card

• U.S. Passport

• Military Identification

• Other government-issued identification permitted by Texas law

Identification must be current or otherwise acceptable under Texas law.

Document Requirements

Documents should be complete before the appointment.

Unless instructed otherwise, documents must not be signed before meeting with the notary.

The notary cannot notarize incomplete documents or documents containing blank spaces that could materially affect the transaction.

Minor Signers

When notarization involves a minor, additional documentation establishing identity and the legal authority of the accompanying parent or guardian may be required.

​

Travel & Appointment Fees

Travel and appointment fees are separate from Texas statutory notarial fees.

Travel fees are based on service location, appointment timing, and scheduling requirements.

Any changes to the appointment location or requested services after booking may result in an adjustment to the quoted fee.

After-Hours & Priority Scheduling

Evening, weekend, holiday, and expedited appointments are offered based on availability.

Additional service fees may apply for these appointments.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made.

Accepted forms of payment include:

• Credit/Debit Cards

• Square Payments

• Cash

• Other approved electronic payment methods

Returned checks/invoices are subject to applicable fees.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointments canceled with at least 12 hours' notice may be rescheduled without penalty.

Late cancellations, no-shows, or appointments where the signer is unprepared may be subject to an appointment fee.

​

Refusal of Service

Texas law requires a notary public to refuse service in certain circumstances.

Services may be declined if:

• Proper identification cannot be presented.

• The signer does not appear willing or aware of the transaction.

• The signer appears to lack the capacity to understand the document.

• The document is incomplete or otherwise unsuitable for notarization.

• The requested act is prohibited by Texas law.

No Legal Advice

GK Signature Services is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or document preparation unless specifically authorized by law.

Clients are responsible for determining which documents they need and for obtaining legal advice from a licensed attorney when appropriate.

Remote Online Notarization (RON)

Remote online notarizations are conducted using secure technology approved under Texas law.

Signers must:

• Successfully complete identity verification

• Participate in a live audio-video session

• Be physically located within the United States at the time of notarization

Apostille & Document Facilitation Services

Apostille facilitation and document filing services are administrative support services.

Government filing fees, courier fees, shipping charges, and processing times are determined by the appropriate governmental agencies and third-party providers and are not controlled by GK Signature Services.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Client information is handled with discretion and used only as necessary to provide requested services and comply with applicable laws.

Personally identifiable information is not sold to third parties.

Reasonable accommodations are available for clients with disabilities whenever possible. Please contact us in advance so we can best meet your needs.

Service Area

Mobile services are available throughout Spring, The Woodlands, and surrounding Houston communities. Travel fees vary based on location.
