Remote Online Notary Services
Secure remote online notarization conducted through a live video session. This service includes identity verification, document review, and completion of notarization in accordance with Texas law.
The signer must be physically located within the United States and provide valid government-issued identification.
Documents must not be signed prior to the session.
Texas notarial fees are included within the service in accordance with state law.

In-office Notary Services

Professional notary services are available by appointment at our convenient Spring office location for clients who prefer to meet in person and avoid mobile travel fees.
This service provides a structured, private setting to complete notarizations efficiently and accurately.
An In-Office Reservation Fee applies to reserve your appointment time and includes securing our professional space, document review, identity verification, and completion of the notarization process.
Texas notarial fees are charged separately per signature as permitted by law: $10
($1 for each additional signature)

Professional mobile notary services at your location for maximum convenience. Travel and appointment fees are based on distance, scheduling requirements, and service conditions.

Texas notarial fees are charged separately in accordance with state law.
This fee will be added to your final invoice and receipt:

$1 for each additional signature

By scheduling an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to the applicable travel and appointment fees as quoted.
